You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount unless you opt for additional coverage. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms will remain your responsibility, irrespective of insurance.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the type of booking and the notice provided. For specific details, please check your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows could incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of the rental vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-road driving, or any other dangerous conduct. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used as intended, and all passenger and weight limits must be observed. Traveling outside of the designated geographical boundaries without prior approval is not allowed.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
